ARTICLE 1: TOUR OPERATOR AND SCOPE
The SIAM Songkran BEATWINGS Festival Experience (the “Package”) is organized and sold to end customers by IASIA, acting as a local B2C Tour Operator under applicable Thai tourism and consumer protection laws.
BEATWINGS acts exclusively as a marketing and experience curator and is not a tour operator, travel agent, or contractual party to the travel agreement.
By completing a booking, you enter into a legally binding package travel agreement with IASIA.
ARTICLE 2: PACKAGE NATURE AND STRUCTURE
The Package qualifies as a package travel arrangement, combining accommodation, activities, and group transportation.
The itinerary is fixed, except for clearly indicated optional add-ons, which may be booked individually through IASIA’s official booking engine and are subject to availability.
You may book individually; however, all included activities are group-based and operated according to the number of participants joining. Activity formats, timing, and grouping may vary accordingly without altering the overall nature of the Package.
ARTICLE 3: ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Participation is strictly limited to guests 21 years of age or older at the start date of the trip.
The Package is recommended for guests up to approximately 45–50 years of age due to the physical and nightlife-oriented nature of the itinerary.
Minors are not permitted to participate under any circumstances.
Participation in the SIAM Songkran Festival is subject to the official festival rules and age requirements as published in the festival FAQ.
Festival organizers are solely responsible for enforcing festival rules.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in EUR and/or THB, per person.
Full payment is required in advance at the time of booking. No deposits or installment payments are accepted.

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All bookings become strictly non-refundable after booking closure on 18 January 2026.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, missed activities, or unused services after this date.
Approved refunds (if applicable prior to booking closure) are processed within 30–45 days.
ARTICLE 6: NAME CHANGES AND TRANSFERABILITY
Name changes are permitted free of charge until 01 March 2026, subject to supplier and festival constraints.
After this date, no name changes are allowed.
Festival tickets and credentials are strictly non-transferable once issued.
ARTICLE 7: ITINERARY CHANGES AND OPERATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
IASIA reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedules, grouping, accommodations of similar standard, or activity sequencing due to operational, safety, weather, or force majeure circumstances.
Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle you to a refund.
ARTICLE 8: TRANSPORTATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Airport transfers are not included and may be booked separately up to 10 days prior to trip commencement, subject to availability.
IASIA is not responsible for missed transfers due to late arrival, absence, or guest error.
No-show for any included service or transfer results in no refund.
ARTICLE 9: TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND COMPLIANCE
You are solely responsible for:
Failure to comply does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
ARTICLE 10: INSURANCE AND RISK ACCEPTANCE
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.
You acknowledge that participation in festival activities, nightlife, water events, and excursions involves inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your personal safety and belongings.
ARTICLE 11: ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Hotel check-in and check-out times follow standard hotel policies as published by the respective hotels.
Hotels are strictly non-smoking.
Security deposits, if required, are considered included within the full upfront payment arrangement where applicable.
Room occupancy is based on the booking selection. The Room categories are; Single Room or Double/Twin Room depending on the Hotel avalibilities. Changes or reductions in occupancy after booking are subject to the hotel’s rules and may be handled by direct booking at your own cost.
Any damages caused by you or your guests will be charged directly to you.
ARTICLE 12: BEHAVIOR, CONDUCT, AND REMOVAL
You are expected to behave responsibly and lawfully at all times.
IASIA reserves the right to remove you from the Package without refund in cases of:
Removal from the festival does not automatically result in removal from the entire trip unless behavior warrants such action.
ARTICLE 13: LIABILITY LIMITATION AND FORCE MAJEURE
IASIA is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
ARTICLE 14: COMPLAINTS AND COMMUNICATION
All complaints must be submitted by email only within 7 days after the end of the trip.
Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
ARTICLE 15: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Bangkok. Mediation procedures are expressly excluded.
